SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND WEST TEXAS – Lovington man acquitted on child sex crimes, 33-year-old Daniel Demory faced four child sexual criminal charges and was cleared on every one of them. Prosecutors had evidence but it just wasn’t credible enough to convict.
